We are partners of Corepile, which is in charge of collecting our used batteries and entrusting them to factories specialized in battery recycling.

You can find a collection center near you and drop off your battery free of charge to be reprocessed in the best conditions.

Orders are shipped directly from our logistics warehouse. It is therefore not possible to pick up online orders at our premises.

You benefit from the legal retraction period of 14 days. To make use of it, you just have to contact us within 14 days after your purchase.

We will send you a return label at our expense and refund you the full amount* of your order after receiving the product.

*Subject to diagnosis. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Abnormally worn and/or broken parts will be charged.

The decree of November 23, 2020, stipulates that each bike sold new from January 1, 2021 must be equipped with a label for identification. Only the YUVY electric bikes dating from the end of 2021 are equipped with it.

The engraving, or marking bike, is a device to fight against theft. It replaces the serial number and can be communicated to your insurance in order to insure your YUVY.

It allows you to put your electric bike in your name.

In case of theft, if your bike is found, this code will allow the police to contact you to return it.

It can be asked by your insurance.

It is located on the frame. It is composed of a number and a QR code allowing the police to identify it in case of loss or theft.

When you receive your bike, you must send us the number on the frame to verify its activation. To do so, please complete this form (2 minutes).
