Once your order confirmation email has been received, the order is sent to our warehouse. They prepare your order to ship it generally in less than 24 hours. It can take several days during periods of disruption, and several weeks if you pre-order a product that is not available in stock (information specified at the time of your order).

When the logistics partner has prepared your order, the delivery service (Colissimo, UPS, Geodis, GLS or Chronopost depending on the destination, the volume of your order and the option you have chosen) will collect the package(s) and an email will be sent to you to let you know that your order has been shipped and to give you the tracking information.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 48 hours in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, and within 3 to 5 working days in the rest of Europe. Delivery can take several additional days during times of disruption like COVID, or times of high activity.
