The Cyclofix service

Cyclofix is a company that provides you with a repairer who will come to your home, workplace or anywhere else to repair your bike.

Whether you have a brake or tyre problem, it is possible to estimate the price of the repair. On arrival, there is no unpleasant surprise since everything is included in the price: labour, parts and valuable advice from your repairer. You can also simply call on Cyclofix for periodic maintenance and thus prevent any unforeseen problems in the future. The service came about because the Cyclofix teams are convinced, like us at Elwing, that soft mobility is the future of transport, especially in urban centres.

As the aim is to avoid you having to go to the shop for a repair, it is possible to book a repair online or via the Cyclofix mobile application. Thanks to their expertise and pedagogy, qualified repairers will save you a lot of trouble and waiting time, which is not negligible!

Cyclofix currently operates in fourteen major French cities: Lille, Paris, Strasbourg, Lyon, Bordeaux, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Nantes, Rennes, Nice, Marseille, Montpellier, Rouen, Tours, Orleans and their surrounding areas. Other cities will soon open throughout France and even Europe.

You must first contact us on the chat or via support@elwingboards.com to explain your needs. We make a diagnosis (remotely if possible) and analyse whether the problem is related to the electronic or mechanical part.

If the problem is electronic and under warranty, it's very simple since our after-sales service takes care of it.

If your repair concerns the mechanical part, out of warranty, and if you live in one of the fourteen cities where the Cyclofix service is available, we will direct you to their teams. As seen previously, this includes braking, wiring, transmission, general maintenance, or punctures and you can book your repair here. We are proud to be able to count on this partnership and ensure that you are never slowed down or out of order for very long periods of time.
